I offer evidence-informed, lived experience-led training for services, schools, organisations, parents, and communities seeking to better support trans and gender diverse people, including those who are also neurodivergent or experiencing eating disorders. These sessions draw on research, clinical insight, and lived experience to strengthen knowledge, build practical skills, and support more affirming, effective, and compassionate care.

Supporting Trans and Gender Diverse People with Eating Disorders
This training provides a deep understanding of how eating disorders affect trans and gender diverse people, and how best to respond in affirming and effective ways. Participants will learn about risk and protective factors, treatment considerations, and community-informed strategies for support.
Neurodivergence, Gender Diversity, and Eating Disorders
This training explores the complex intersections of neurodivergence, gender diversity, and eating disorders and identifies the unique factors that contribute to disordered eating in this population including gender dysphoria, minority stressors, sensory processing differences, executive functioning challenges, and barriers to support.
Supporting Your Trans Child with Disordered Eating
This training is designed specifically for parents and carers who want to better support their trans child with eating challenges. It covers how to recognise warning signs, start supportive conversations, and respond with empathy while accessing appropriate care.
Supporting Autistic Trans and Gender Diverse People
This training explores the intersections of Autism and gender diversity, with a focus on the unique needs, challenges, and strengths of Autistic trans people. It offers practical tools for building inclusive, neuro-affirming, and gender-affirming environments.
